Cancellations

We require 4 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your facial treatment. Any facial appointment that is cancelled or rescheduled within 4 hours of your original appointment will result in a £30 fee

Parking

There are paying parking facilities at Shore Terrace and Gellatly Street less than 5 minutes walk - there is a 2 hour free parking facility at Gallagher Retail Park - do not park on street if you are booked for a 60 minute appointment as we will need 15 minutes extra for consultation etc
